Job Description
** Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is looking for an experienced CBM Specialist to fill a eight-month assignment in the Bucks, AL area.
This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary.

Rates: $38.00 - $44.00 per hour
Depending on your experience.

Manager Note: This is a 24/7 operation. Candidates will be required to be on call 1 week out of every 4 weeks.

Required PPE: Hard hat, safety glasses, gloves and steel toed boots. Work will be performed around rotating equipment in an Industrial facility.

Qualifications & Experience:
5 -10 Years experience in a related field.
Two-year technical degree and/or four years of prior maintenance, operations or similar experience in an Industrial setting is desired.
Category I or II Vibration Analyst certification is preferred. However, knowledge and/or certification in Oil analysis, Infrared Thermography, or Motor testing will be considered.
Ability to work with a wide range of electronic field equipment and tools.
Strong organization and analytical skills.
Preferred software skills include Excel, Word, OIS, Maximo.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time in cold and/or hot weather conditions in and around an Industrial facility is required.
Must be able to climb ladders and work at elevated heights.

Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate equipment performance and identify potential issues or failures.
Regularly evaluating plant equipment by collecting and analyzing vibration data, oil samples, infrared data, and motor testing for the assessment of plant equipment condition.
Effectively utilize Maximo to communicate, maintain, and review CBM Technology Examinations, maintenance recommendations, Equipment Assessments, and case histories.
Provide equipment Maintenance and Operational Guidance in expertise area.
Communicate with Plant Management and work groups concerning equipment findings, operation, maintenance repairs, replacement, modifications, and schedules.
Establish an ongoing relationship with key vendors; gather and analyze acceptance data on new/rebuilt equipment.
