Meridian Services Group has an immediate need for a senior scheduler in West Virginia. This position is on a large construction project that will go through mid 2026.

Primary Responsibilities:
Develop, update, and maintain project schedules collaboratively with the project team.
Review and improve schedules, ensuring best practices are implemented.
Lead training programs on scheduling processes and tools for internal teams.
Support project teams with sequencing, delay analysis, recovery schedules, and schedule coordination with trade partners.
Participate in all project phases, including proposals, baselines, updates, and Lean/Pull Planning sessions.
Develop and maintain a library of schedule templates and best practices.
Attend project meetings, including pre-planning, post-construction, and monthly reviews.
Mentor and manage team members as needed.
Support pursuit efforts through interviews and client meetings.

Key Qualifications:
Advanced proficiency in scheduling software (P6), MS Office, and construction documentation.
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, methods, and Lean principles.
Ability to assess and improve schedule sequencing during job site visits.
Experience with change management, claims, and recovery plans.
Collaborative and effective communication skills.
