** Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is looking for an experienced Project Consultant (Engineering) to fill a thirty-four month assignment in the Atlanta, GA area.

This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary.

Rates: $75.00 - $82.00
Assignment Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days in-office and 2 days remote

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
A master's degree is a plus.
10-15 years of experience in project management and consulting roles, including experience with complex projects.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate project teams.
In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, best practices, and industry trends.
A track record of successfully delivering large, complex projects.
Client-focused with a deep understanding of client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:
Lead and oversee the execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.

Strategic Planning:
Work with clients and stakeholders to develop project strategies, objectives, and detailed plans.

Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks and challenges, develop mitigation strategies, and implement risk management protocols.

Resource Management:
Allocate and manage project resources, including budgets, personnel, and equipment.

Team Management:
Assemble and lead project teams, providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Quality Assurance:
Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed quality and performance standards.

Change Management:
Manage changes to project scope, objectives, and timelines, evaluating their impact and making adjustments as needed.

Client Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing their needs throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Reporting:
Prepare comprehensive project reports and documentation for clients, stakeholders, and organizational leadership.

Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process enhancements, develop best practices, and optimize project management capabilities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with various departments and functions within the organization to ensure project success.

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure that projects comply with all relevant regulations, standards, and industry requirements.
