Position: Scheduler
Location: Crane Clean Energy (PA)
Duration: Now to 12/31/2026
Position Overview: The Scheduler would be assisting in the potential restart of the site. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the scheduling of maintenance, testing, and operational activities for the nuclear power plant. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure all activities are planned, tracked, and executed efficiently while adhering to strict regulatory and safety standards. This position will be on site and will be needed for around 2-3 years.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, maintain, and manage the master schedule for all plant activities, including maintenance, outages, inspections, and operational tasks.
2. Monitor the progress of scheduled tasks, ensuring they are completed within the allotted timeframes and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
3. Identify potential scheduling conflicts or issues and proactively resolve them by adjusting timelines, coordinating with teams, and ensuring minimal impact on plant operations.
4. Ensure the schedule aligns with regulatory requirements, plant procedures, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
o Minimum 5 years nuclear experience in Operations, Maintenance, Work Control, or Projects.
o Preferred candidate has former Constellation experience as a Scheduler.
o Proficient in "Project", Primavera, Excel, P3, P6.
o SRO license/certification is preferred.
