Structural Engineer (GT STRUDL)

Project/Work Scope: Engineering Support - Position can be supported remote with several trips per quarter

Position Details:

BCP is seeking a Structural Engineer who has 20+ years of experience with GT STRUDL in a nuclear setting.

Educational Requirements: Engineering Degree

Responsibilities include:
• Design, develop, and maintain structural systems and components.
• Create and evaluate mechanical systems using CAD software and simulation tools.
• Establish specifications and technical requirements for mechanical equipment and materials.
• Select suitable materials, components, and suppliers.
• Troubleshoot technical issues.
• Develop engineering solutions.
• Manage facility equipment operations, maintenance, repair, and construction activities.
• Evaluate current systems and propose engineering solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.

Physical Requirements: Able to lift 50 lbs.
