Job Description
Ensure integration of the Cobra cost engine with the program's scheduling tool (Oracle Primavera P6) and the proper management of project costs, EVMS measurement of performance, management of change control, and analysis of budgets, actuals, and forecasts.
� 25 years of experience functioning as a Cost Specialist on large scale government projects, including experience in a lead role.
� Significant earned value management knowledge and experience, including baseline development and change control.
� Effective written and verbal communication skills necessary to communicate with multidisciplinary team members, using negotiation skills to influence.
� Experience with Deltek Cobra software
� Experience with Oracle Primavera software
