We are seeking six skilled Operations Instructors with experience in PWR CE Plant operations for contract positions located on-site in Covert, United States.

**Your Role:**
- Facilitate training programs for licensed operators as they prepare for critical restart activities.
- Develop lesson materials using Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) processes compliant with ACAD 02-001 standards.
- Deliver curriculum through classroom instruction and high-fidelity simulations while maintaining rigorous schedule adherence.

**What You Bring:**
Education:
* A Bachelor's degree is preferred within engineering or physical science fields.

Experience:
* At least five years' tenure certified as Senior Reactor Operator Certified instructor—or equivalent licensed SRO—on Pressurized Water Reactors (PWR), especially those designed by Combustion Engineering, though not exclusively required.

Skills and Responsibilities:

● **In-depth SAT Knowledge:** Mastery over analyzing student performance gaps utilizing industry standard governance methods based upon SAT process per ACAD 02–001 guidelines will be pivotal.

● **Curriculum Development & Implementation:** Capacity to design compelling operations training content coupled with effective delivery methodologies ensures robust knowledge transfer across our operator base.

● **Program Integration & Management:** Your ability to integrate program curriculums into predictable schedules aligns learning outcomes closely with operational readiness imperatives. Plus, adeptness at managing Vision™ software database maintains integrity across all educational modules delivered under your supervision.
