[Administration Manager] Implementation Support Administrator

**Must Be U.S Citizen to Qualify**

Salary: $120,000 - $200,000

Minimum Qualifications:

- BS degree in a technical discipline and at least 15 years of professional experience or an equivalent combination of education and directly related field experience. At least 5 of these years shall have been in a nuclear facility.

Desired Qualifications:

- Expert knowledge of the Contractor Assurance System program elements and their successful implementation.

- Previous CAS program assessment experience.

Task 1: Project Planning

- Review DOE Order 226.1 to understand applicable requirements.

- Conduct a rigorous independent assessment of IHAs contractor assurance system implementation and effectiveness.

- Develop an implementation roadmap for CAS define processes, key activities, and accountabilities.

- Identify key stakeholders and assign roles and responsibilities.

Deliverables:

- Project charter and implementation plan.

- Stakeholder engagement plan.


Task 2: Design and Development of the Contractor Assurance System (CAS)

- Refine policies and procedures for the CAS, focusing on:

- DOE O 226.1, Implementation of Department of Energy Oversight Policy.

Deliverables:

- A revised CAS policy and procedure manual.

- Assessment and control plan.

- Performance monitoring tools and metrics.

Task 3: Implementation and Integration

- Deploy CAS plan, ensure integration with operational workflows for occupational medicine and worker safety.

- Conduct training sessions for personnel on CAS processes.

- Implement tracking systems for issues and corrective actions.

Deliverables:

- Conduct training sessions, as needed, and provide training completion reports.

By following this Scope of Work, the organization will ensure compliance with DOE requirements for occupational safety and health management. This approach aligns with best practices to enhance workforce safety, performance, and overall operational integrity.
