Process/Mechanical/Plumbing Engineer
Responsibilities:
Plan, orgainze, coordinate process/mechanical engineering and mult-disciplined team/design projects whilke engaged in the planning design and construction phases of engineering projects through project start-up.
Prepare and review calculations and specifications related to P&ID development.
Demonstrate design experience in areas such as, but not limited to mechanical systems, waste and water systems, and equipment design.
Generate and review the accuracy of design/evaluation calculations, and specifications.
Familiarity with computer aided drafting applications is required.
Basic Job Requirements
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Bachelor of Science in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 or more years’ experience (nuclear preferred) in design, estimating, specification preparation, construction document preparation, and related phases of engineering
• Must have a working knowledge of Federal (including Department of Energy Orders), State, and Local codes and standards applicable to mechanical engineering design
