NPower Solutions is seeking to fill Turbine Service Specialists to join our team on a contract basis. You will be responsible for overseeing turbine services and ensuring operational excellence throughout the outage period.

Location: LaSalle (Illinois)

Duration: Late January 2025 - End of February 2025

Responsibilities:
Provide direction to the workforce in the field through appropriate supervision.
Enforce Human Performance (HU), Technical Human Performance (THU), Foreign Material Exclusion (FME), housekeeping, and proper place keeping/procedural compliance standards.
Monitor schedule look-ahead and provide updates.
Perform field observations as directed by the turbine team.
Engage equipment specialists as needed.
Provide timely updates to the Project Manager.

Qualifications:
Nuclear experience is a must.
10+ years experience in turbine supervision and turbine field work.
Proven ability to lead and direct workforce activities during high-pressure situations.
Strong understanding of safety and compliance practices in outage environments.
Effective communication skills and ability to provide clear, timely updates to project stakeholders.
