FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain responsibility for all engineering and technical oversight associated with assigned capital projects
- Develop engineering contracts
- Maintain control of project design
- Ensure compliance with organization and industry standards, QA/QC, and management of engineering budgets & schedules
- For assigned projects, lead engineering for scoping, study, design, procurement, construction, and replication of engineering solutions
- Establish and communicate engineering priorities to contract partners, project team members, and management
- Provide leadership and technical direction to the project design and execution team while ensuring quality products from design firms, contractors, and OEMs meet or exceed project requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of a bachelors degree in engineering or related field of study PLUS appropriate professional engineering-related experience
