Job Description/Duties:

•Troubleshoot, install, inspect, repair, and maintain electrical power systems (i.e., poles, transformers, distribution and transmission lines, etc.).
•Supervise other linemen on complex installations.
•Work in diverse weather conditions, climb poles, and work from significant heights.
•Respond to emergencies and power outages.
•Communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations, report progress, and issues.
•Follow strict safety protocols in adherence with OSHA regulations.
•Locals only (no per diem or travel).

Qualifications/Required Skills:

•Completion of a line worker training or formal apprenticeship program with Lineman license in your state.
•Relevant certifications and training in electrical systems and safety protocols.
•Pass background check and drug screening.
•High School Diploma/GED.
