We are working with a major client looking to hire a Senior I&C Technician to provide support to the existing maintenance program for up to 12 months while mentoring and developing in-house talent to manage future workloads. This role will focus on Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) maintenance activities, ensuring the transfer of critical knowledge and skills to junior personnel. This contract role is located in Eunice, NM starting ASAP!
 
Must have experience as a Nuclear I&C Technician or significant expertise in non-nuclear I&C maintenance.

Working a 9/80 schedule This means that within a 2-week work period, full-time employees are expected to work 9 hours per day Monday-Thursday both weeks, 8 hours on Friday during week 1, and no hours on Friday during week 2. This work schedule is subject to change with advance notice (2 weeks) by the company.

Job Duties

The following responsibilities are required for the position:
Deliver technical expertise in I&C maintenance to support the site's operational needs.  
Mentor and train junior technicians to enhance in-house capabilities. 
Perform maintenance tasks in compliance with safety and operational standards.  
Extensive experience as a Nuclear I&C Technician or significant expertise in non-nuclear I&C maintenance.  
Other duties as required.
