Qualification
Master’s degree in business / construction management / technical / engineering or a related area and 5-8 years practical experience in Electrical estimating. A Bachelor's degree in and at least 7-10 years of practical experience in Electrical estimating. An Associate's degree and 11-13 years of practical Electrical estimating experience would be considered equivalent.

Candidate must demonstrate minimum of five years Electrical Estimating experience in a nuclear, process chemical, or related industry with emphasis on Electrical discipline. Candidate must demonstrate proficiency in basic software applications including Excel, and Microsoft Word, estimating software applications, and risk analysis software. Demonstrate familiarity with professional estimating resources (R.S. Means, Richardsons, etc.).
Candidate must have strong problem solving, analysis and interpersonal skills as well as oral and written communication skills.
Candidate must have the ability to walk down and interface with personnel and systems in the field.
