Job Description:
NPower Solutions, LLC is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join the Calvert Cliffs Training team as Outage Training Support Administrators for the 2025 Refueling Outage. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support within NANTeL and the Learning Management System (LMS) and assist with proctoring personnel during in-processing for Outage support staff. This position is critical in managing the increased volume of personnel for the Refueling Outage and ensuring a smooth start to the outage period. Training will be provided to familiarize you with the specific processes and systems used at Calvert Cliffs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Calvert Cliffs Training Staff with administrative tasks in NANTeL and LMS during the 2025 Refueling Outage.
• Proctor and facilitate the in-processing of Outage support personnel, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
• Coordinate with Calvert Cliffs Training staff engaged in pre-outage and ongoing training activities.
Qualifications:
• Experience in NANTeL, LMS systems, or similar learning management platforms is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with proctoring and in-processing personnel, especially in high-volume settings, is beneficial.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
