Edgewater Technical Associates is seeking qualified candidates for a Work Planner opportunity in Eunice, NM at Urenco USA (UUSA) National Enrichment Facility.

Work Location: On-Site at Urenco
Per diem is available for those who qualify.

UUSA, operated by Louisiana Energy Services LLC, is the only commercial enrichment facility operating in the US, and is located in Eunice, New Mexico.

Duties:
Work Plan Development:
• Develop detailed, step-by-step work plans for construction activities, including task sequencing, resource allocation, and equipment needs.
• Ensure all work plans adhere to project scope and schedule.
• Incorporate safety, environmental, and quality assurance requirements into the work plans.
Coordination with Stakeholders:
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and subcontractors to gather the necessary information for work plans.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and other documentation to ensure alignment of work plans with project objectives.
• Provide clarification and updates to the field team as needed.
Regulatory and Safety Compliance:
• Ensure that all work plans meet OSHA, local, state, and federal regulations, as well as any specific industry codes and standards.
• Include detailed safety protocols and hazard identification in each plan, ensuring all work plans follow the company's Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
Project Documentation:
• Prepare necessary permits, clearances, and regulatory documentation in coordination with the project team.
• Ensure proper documentation of changes or revisions to work plans throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Risk Management and Problem Resolution:
• Identify potential risks, obstacles, or bottlenecks in the construction process and provide recommendations for mitigation.
• Act as a technical point of contact for resolving work planning issues that arise during construction.

Qualifications:
• HS Diploma with 3-20+ years relevant experience. Associate or Bachelors degree is a plus.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an appropriate security clearance.
• Experience in a chemical or industrial plant or a nuclear facility is a preferred.
• US Citizenship is required.
