Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare schedules, performance monitoring status, and management reports which identify
variance in execution strategy, provide timely feedback and recommend solutions to
management to improve or mitigate problems affecting schedule.

Support program/project teams in all phases of the project. Develop and maintain
Primavera P6 schedules to include resource loading analysis.

Create and maintain high level integrated Roadmap/Presentation schedules in Milestones
Pro driven directly by P6 for use in meetings with integrated teams including key
stakeholders such as NNSA customers.

Effectively create and manage weekly integrated scheduling process for common reporting
for multiple project program.


Education
Bachelor’s Degree in science or engineering.
PMP certification preferred..
The following table shows the Equivalency Requirements that may be applied in lieu of
education and experience. The evaluation must explain in detail when using these
equivalences. (see evaluation)
(1) General Education Development (GED) or vocational degree = high school diploma
(2) A.S./A.A. degree = Two (2) year general experience
(3) B.S./B.A. = Four (4) additional general experience
(4) M.S./M.A. = Six (6) years additional general experience
(5) Ph.D. = Eight (8) years additional general experience

Experience/Skills
•Minimum 5 years supporting commercial or federal science nuclear engineering, or other task relevant programs or projects.
•Ability to comprehensively analyze schedule variance
•Understanding of baseline schedule development and change control process
•Data mining, analysis, modeling techniques
•Milestones Professional, Excel, and P6 expertise
•Candidate must have strong problem solving, analysis and interpersonal skills as well as oral and written communication skills.

Work Hours:
A 40-hour work week is scheduled. SRS utilizes various work schedules, including 5/8s (8 hours/day; five days per week), 4/10s (10 hours/day; four days per week), and a 9/80s (9 hours/day, five days on week A and 4 days on week B). Work week excludes SRNS holidays. Each workday has a 30-minute lunch. Work hours in excess of forty hours a week may be required, as authorized by SRNS management.

Area Security Access:
Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE “Q” security clearance. Supplier
shall possess a positive FOCI determination from DOE which includes “Q” security
clearance level. An active DOE clearance is not initially required to perform assigned
duties while clearance request is processing. After award, the selected candidate will be notified when to apply for a clearance based on specific work assignments. Candidates who have possessed an active DOE clearance (“L” or “Q”) within the past two years are preferred.
