We are seeking qualified candidates to perform the following:

Duties:
- Applies technical experience in Industrial Hygiene (IH) and uses other technical resources to resolve complex problems.
- Incorporates advanced technical practices and a variety of complex features such as complicated technical requirements, application of new or special materials or processes and difficult coordination of oversight requirements into problem solving and program planning.
- Provides leadership in determining solutions to complex problems and be recognized as having expertise in a functional area of IH.
- Provides direction and position responsibility, both inside and outside department lines for programs seeking new approaches to problems and new application of existing IH principles.
- Evaluates the results of program assessments and prepares reports and recommendations based on these evaluations.
- Identifies and recommends improvements where established technology components and methodology are inadequate for solution.
-Keeps informed of the advancement of technology as applied through area of expertise.
-Communicates results and objectives verbally and in manuscript form to customers, colleagues and management.
-Maintains expertise in area of specialty through technical literature and involvement in national professional organizations.
-Demonstrates commitment to quality concepts by active participation and successful implementation of department initiatives.

Education/Skills:
- B.S. in Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related physical or biological science, or special studies and training in these disciplines and 10-15 years related experience, or
- M.S. in Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related physical or biological science and 8-12 years related experience, or
- Ph.D. in Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related physical or biological science and 5-10 years related experience.
- Understands and applies advanced IH theories, concepts and art, working knowledge of related disciplines.
