Job Description/Duties:

•Direct skilled and semi-skilled tradesmen.
•Facilitate shift turnover, pre-job briefings, and post job critiques.
•Resolve field problems, develop work around plans, and initiate corrective actions/disciplines.
•Support safety, housekeeping, and schedule compliance.
•Perform administrative duties as well as work from schematic specifications, drawings, operation manuals, etc.
•Work within specific OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications/Required Skills:

•5 years of experience in Craft supervision.
•Nuclear experience required.
•Pass a nuclear background check.
•High School diploma or GED.
