Job Description/Duties:

•Inspect, monitor, and perform an array of cleaning activities.
•Prepare and apply cleaning solutions according to specifications, following procedures for proper use of chemical cleaners and power equipment.
•Operate various types of cleaning equipment (i.e., vacuums, high speed buffers, automatic scrubbers, carpet cleaning machines, sprayers, etc.).
•Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
•Clean and polish furniture as well as fixtures.
•Lift and move various objects (i.e., furniture, office machines, filing cabinets, cartons, etc.)
•Clean various surface types (i.e., floors, paved and tiles surfaces, walls, and windowsills).
•Empty waste baskets, ashtrays, and trash drums.
•Remove and replace defective tubes and bulbs in light fixtures.

Qualifications/Required Skills:

•1 year of experience in cleaning or equivalent related custodial experience.
•Pass a nuclear background check and drug screening.
•High School diploma or GED.

Military Veterans: Experience may qualify in lieu of industry experience.
