[Trainer] Training and Development Support Personnel (2)

UDR is seeking qualified candidates for Training and Development Support Personnel opportunity in Richland, WA to support the Hanford Site.

SCOPE OF WORK
The Contractor shall provide a BTR Program Mentor to perform the scope outlined in this SOW. The BTR Program Mentor shall be responsible for executing a wide variety of in- field training and mentoring of CPCCo BTR personnel in accordance with the provisions of the contract. All work will be performed on the Hanford site or at 2620 Fermi in Richland.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK SPECIFIC
Develop all training materials associated with enhancing the knowledge and understanding of the CPCCo BTRs. All training shall be aligned and directly applicable to inclusion in the CPCCo BTR Qualification Process. The planned training modules will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Subcontractor Oversight
Invoicing
Statement of Work Template Use
Statement of Work Technical Writing and SOW Modification
Change Order Processing
Sole Source and Non-Competitive Justification Preparation
Stop Work Process and Contract Ramifications
Develop a Qualification Card for the CPCCo BTRs. This Qualification Card will be structured to allow required training to be completed as it is developed and will be usable and applicable in the future.
Develop Continuing Training to supplement the basic requirements associated with the Qualification Card.
Develop Program Specific documents, such as creation and issuance of a CPCCo Program Procedure, including development of R2A2s for all levels of management regarding their involvement with the BTR program.
Assist in implementation of BTR training program to qualify BTR personnel. Specific assignments associated with these tasks are shown below:
Develop all content associated with the CPCCo BTR training and qualification (slides, handout documents and realigning and updating all procurement procedures, documents and processes.
Develop a Qualification Card for the CPCCo BTRs.
Develop a Continuing Training course roster and associated course content.
Develop all testing material for each module and for the Qualification Card (must go through training to verify and approve before implementation).
Reschedule missed attendees.
The Contractor shall supply two Training and Development Support Personnel experienced in Training and Development functions and activities. These individuals are expected to provide requested support with a current estimation of 800 hours (each position) within a 12-month period, which is subject to change as determined by the CPCCo BTR Program Manager. This individual is expected to provide on-site support for the duration of the contract.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
U.S. Citizenship
Minimum of 5 years related experience in developing training utilizing the Systematic Approach to Training, including the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process.
Minimum of 5 years experience and demonstrated proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word and Excel programs.
Minimum of 5 years experience and demonstrated proficiency utilizing Adobe Acrobat Pro application.

Security and Badging Requirements
For any on-site work, general site access badging is required.
Special clearance requirements will be provided, if applicable.

Work Location:
Scope to be performed on the Hanford site and at CPCCo offices at 2620 Fermi in Richland.
Site Access and Work Hours
Work shall be done on a 4 x 10 schedule. The standard workday consists of 10 hours of work between 6:00 AM and 4:30 PM PDT, with one-half hour designated as an unpaid period for lunch. If schedule alternative is required, BTR will communicate to the Contractors point of contact.
