UDR is seeking qualified candidates for Data Analyst opportunity in Richland, WA to support the Hanford Site.

SCOPE OF WORK
The Contractor shall provide a BTR Program Mentor to perform the scope outlined in this SOW. The BTR Program Mentor shall be responsible for executing a wide variety of in- field training and mentoring of CPCCo BTR personnel in accordance with the provisions of the contract. All work will be performed on the Hanford site or at 2620 Fermi in Richland.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK SPECIFIC
Tie procurement priority list, Contract Specialists Status spreadsheets, Project schedules, etc. to Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI) Dashboard.
Establish a process and provide functional area input to supporting procedures that allows the entire CPPCo company to utilize a dashboard to determine procurement processing data analysis including location of contract within the processing pipeline, identification of processing bottlenecks, last processing update, schedule slips, etc.
Utilize Power BI to establish a process and supporting procedures that reduces the repetitive work such as updating meetings, updating statuses on multiple spreadsheets, reducing the number of erroneous calls, etc.
The Contractor shall supply a Data Analyst to assist in the development and issuance of all the work scope described in this SOW. This individual is expected to provide requested support with a current estimation of 600 hours within a 12-month period, which is subject to change as determined by the CPCCo BTR Program Manager.
This individual is expected to provide on-site support for the duration of the contract.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
U.S. Citizenship
Minimum of 5 years' combined experience developing and/or administering Microsoft Office Suite programs with specific experience with Power BI.

Security and Badging Requirements
For any on-site work, general site access badging is required.
Special clearance requirements will be provided, if applicable.

Work Location:
Scope to be performed on the Hanford site and at CPCCo offices at 2620 Fermi in Richland.
Site Access and Work Hours
Work shall be done on a 4 x 10 schedule. The standard workday consists of 10 hours of work between 6:00 AM and 4:30 PM PDT, with one-half hour designated as an unpaid period for lunch. If schedule alternative is required, BTR will communicate to the Contractors point of contact.
