[QC Inspector] QC Upper Midwest starting 9/11

NIC's job scope just increased. We need additional QC support starting 9/11/24 in the upper midwest. Inspectors should have all of the following disciplines:

Mechanical Magnetic Particle
Welding Liquid Penetrant
Coatings
Anchor Bolts
