Duties and Responsibilities
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and execution of the Oracle PeopleSoft and other ERP software projects. Strong background in project management, with extensive knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft applications and ERP systems. Responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope and quality standards. Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of Oracle PeopleSoft and other ERP software projects from initiation to closure. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and requirements. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and oversee project resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Manage cross-functional project teams, including internal staff, external consultants, and vendors, to ensure effective collaboration and communication. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges. Monitor project progress and performance metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders, including senior management and project sponsors. Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, best practices, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and training sessions to gather requirements, solicit feedback, and promote user adoption of Oracle PeopleSoft and other ERP solutions. Manage change requests and scope changes, and assess their impact on project timelines, budgets, and resources. Lead post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process enhancements. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Oracle PeopleSoft and other industry leading ERP systems and provide recommendations for system enhancements
and optimizations. Analyze complex business and technical problems for solution through electronic data processing and computer software. Develop or collect system requirements and design needs from business owners and managers for moderately complex critical business software needs. Document detailed description of user requirements, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. Complete complex software development methodologies, testing, design, and implementation. Provide a direct communication and interface between the software business system users and the database
administrators and software developers to provide a solution for the continual operations and improvement of the critical process. Work with software developers to develop creative and cost-effective solutions to complex business problems. Communicate on moderately complex problems and systematic solutions at senior and executive management levels. Prepare and present accomplishments and methodologies at offsite workshops and webinars sharing knowledge with peer groups both at and off site. Subcontractor should be able to work with little to no direction to complete assigned tasks.

Education
Position requires a 4‐year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field. 10 years relevant experience in project management, with a focus on Oracle PeopleSoft and ERP software implementations. Experience managing complex ERP projects, including full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, and integrations. PMP certification or other relevant certifications is a plus. Prior experience working with Oracle PeopleSoft applications and ERP systems in a project management capacity is highly desirable.
Overall, the Oracle PeopleSoft and ERP Project Manager should possess a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and business acumen to successfully lead ERP implementations and drive business transformation initiatives

Experience/Skills:
• The individual must have a strong foundation in project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
• Proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft applications and modules are essential. This includes knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials, Human Capital Management (HCM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
• Basic understanding of technical concepts related to ERP systems, such as database management, system integrations, data migration, and reporting tools.
• Experience in change management principles and techniques is valuable for leading organizational change initiatives associated with ERP implementations.

Nice to Have:
-Previous SRS Peoplesoft experience.
-Project Management previous experience.
-Experience with other SRS legacy applications.
