Spectra Tech has an immediate need for an Instructional Designer/Developer/Instructor for Technical Instructor Led Training.

The Instructional Technologist will participate in all phases of the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT), focusing on Analysis, Design, Development. Expectation for this role is to participate in design and development of the Technical Instructor Led training programs as a part of a technical classroom training quality revision and improvement initiative.
