We are seeking qualified candidates to perform the following:

Scope:
Provide Nuclear Criticality Safety Program Assessment addressing the following:
- Evaluate the overall NCS Program health
- Evaluate NCP Program relationship to Safety Performance Objectives, Measures and Commitments monitoring the safety culture and how the customer views the NCS Program.
- Evaluate trends, best practices and opportunities for improvement.
Contractor personnel shall maintain a presence at PORTS site throughout the assessment process (unless otherwise approved by the Contract Technical Representative, CTR). Contractor shall develop and provide a comprehensive report within 14 days subsequent to completion of assessment.
If deemed as necessary, Contractor personnel shall provide follow-on services to support the Nuclear Criticality Safety Program. Support may include, but is not limited to:
- Provide expert analysis and assistance for Nuclear Criticality Safety matters.
- Evaluate operations & proposed modifications to determine compliance with Nuclear Criticality Safety codes and standards, federal, state, or local statutes, and Nuclear Criticality Safety regulations.
- Perform inspections, assess hazards; develop recommendations on NCS issues.
- Develop NCS procedures and guides.

Qualifications:
- Contractor personnel to have a Bachelor's of Engineering (or equivalent technical degree) and 8 years of NCS experience.
- The Contractor personnel shall attend site-specific training and perform required reading as designated by the Nuclear Safety & Training, Engineering Director.

Duration: 240 hours, now thru 9/15/2024
Schedule: Remote with site visits.
