The Contractors are expected to seamlessly integrate processes and people that connect strategy and execution. The role of the Project Controls resources will be part of multi-functional project teams and will be focused on the adherence to the Entergy Project Delivery System and Entergy Stage Gate Processes (Stage Gate; Stage Gate Light;) in management of the CP portfolio in development and maintenance of schedules, project budgets and costs forecasts, cost and schedule reports, project estimates, process improvements, and technical expertise in tools and reporting within the portfolio. They can be engaged in one or all of the following areas: the development, maintenance, and management of assigned CP projects, including schedule creation, forecast development, costs and schedule maintenance, analyzing trends, report and KPI development, tool development, portfolio management, hosting and/or participating in review meetings with project teams and key stakeholders, providing timely updates to projects assigned, project estimate review and development, and management of all assigned project controls functions within the portfolio.

Project Controls Services
All Contractor personnel performing work under this Contract Order must possess a B.S. in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering Discipline, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work experience. Contractor personnel performing this work shall be well experienced in aspects of project controls with experience in utility capital projects and shall be well experienced with schedule management software and other Project Controls software for management of costs and schedules.
