Edgewater Technical Associates is seeking qualified candidates for a Project Controls/Scheduler opportunity in Richland, WA.
Job Description / Duties:
Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 along with supporting reporting tools (Excel, Power BI).
Track project costs, analyze variances, and identify potential cost overruns.
Create and maintain project budgets and forecasts.
Generate reports using data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI preferred) to communicate project performance to stakeholders.
Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies.
Support the project team with contract administration and change order management.
Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or combination of technical training and relevant experience).
3-10+ years of scheduling experience within the construction or engineering industry.
Proven proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar project management software.
Prior DOE/NNSA project experience is a plus.
Skilled at maintaining schedules.
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI a plus).
Ability to complete work task with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
U.S Citizenship required.
Compensation
Salary is commensurate with education and experience and may range between $80,000 to $130,000 annually.
