** Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is looking for an experienced Sr. Manager Consultant to fill a three-month assignment in the Chattanooga, TN area.

PROVIDES LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT TO CONSULTING STAFF AND PROJECT TEAMS, EFFECTIVELY INFLUENCING SENIOR LEADERS, TEAM LEADERS, AND TEAM MEMBERS TO DEVELOP TRANSFORMATIONAL TARGET STATES AND RAPIDLY DRIVE CHANGE. MANAGES A DIVERSE TEAM OF MANAGERS, SENIOR CONSULTANTS,.
CONSULTANTS, WHO USE HUMAN AND ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE PRINCIPLES, LEAN 6 SIGMA, AND ADVANCED ANALYTICS TO PROVIDE INSIGHT INTO PROCESS PERFORMANCE, IDENTIFY BEHAVIOR-RELATED GAPS, PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS, AND IMPLEMENT SOLUTIONS.OVERSEES THE PRIORITIZATION OF COO STRATEGIC PROJECTS TO OPTIMIZE PROCESSES, REDUCE WASTE, AND BALANCE RISKS.
EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATE WITH COO SENIOR LEADERSHIP TO ALIGN RESOURCES AND PRIORITIES, ENSURING THE ACHIEVEMENT OF COO PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT GOALS AND STRATEGIC INITIATIVES.
IDENTIFY KEY FOCUS AREAS AND GAPS IN COO WHERE LEVERAGING STRATEGIC OPERATIONAL SUPPORT CAPABILITIES COULD RESULT IN DRAMATIC COO PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENTS. RESPONSIBLE FOR CULTIVATING A LEAN CULTURE AND INTERFACING WITH THE LEADERSHIP TEAM ON ENTERPRISE-LEVEL IMPROVEMENT PROGRESS ACROSS.
DEVELOP RELATIONSHIPS THAT SUPPORT HONEST COMMUNICATION AND A CULTURE OF CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT AND COLLABORATION TO DRIVE CULTURAL CHANGE.ENSURES COMMUNICATIONS TO LEADERSHIP ARE CLEAR AND CONSISTENT, AND ARTICULATELY CONVEY POTENTIAL PROJECT VALUE PROPOSITIONS, PROJECT STATUS, AND LEVELS OF SUCCESS.
ESTABLISHES AND MAINTAINS COLLABORATIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH LEADERSHIP TO CONNECT TEAMS ACROSS TVA AND BETTER ACHIEVE ALIGNMENT ON COST-SAVING AND PERFORMANCE-IMPROVING INITIATIVES.
DIRECTS THE MEASUREMENT OF PROGRAM IMPACT AND CORRESPONDING COMMUNICATIONS, METRICS, AND DASHBOARDS AS NEEDED TO MONITOR CHANGE AND EFFECTIVENESS.ENSURES SOS CONSULTING TEAM PROJECT WORKLOAD IS OPTIMIZED WHILE MAINTAINING A WORKPLACE CULTURE THAT IS CONSISTENT WITH THE MISSION AND VALUES. PROVIDES INPUT INTO THE DEVELOPMENT OF BUSINESS UNIT STRATEGIC PLANS TO ACHIEVE BUSINESS RESULTS. PARTICIPATES IN CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT REVIEWS WITH LOCAL AND/OR REGIONAL MANAGEMENT.
