Job Summary
Subcontractor shall provide support for National Nuclear Security Association (NNSA) Capital Projects (NCP) mission. The primary focus will be to provide DOORS Technology planning, programmatic and administration support for NCP. Subcontractor shall assume an administrator/programmer role with insight between the data and the tool and with a programming ability this person can effectively support Integrated Electronic Data Environment (IEDE) software coding and program development for NNSA Capital Projects.

DUTIES
The Subcontractor shall act as a management data administrator to support a team with various efforts with an IBM Rational DOORS Next Generation (DOORS-NG) development and rollout on a NNSA Capital Project. SRPPF requirements entry to DOORS has begun with over 5000 more to go which includes linking, reporting, corrections, and maintenance. IEDE meta-data imports of design output will increase this volume considerably. The Administrator/Programmer role will have insight between the data and the tool and with a programming ability this person can effectively support Integrated Electronic Data Environment (IEDE) software coding and program development.
Scope includes but is not limited to assisting the DOORS-NG development and deployment team with various tasks, including:
Uploading of Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, Images, etc.
Adjudicating corrections
Establishing link relationships between engineering artifacts
Programing software code for assigned modules

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor of Science (BS) in Software / Computer Science Engineering or equivalent or have a minimum of two years of experience using DOORS, or similar experience with other requirements management software

Experience/Skills:
• Fluent with JavaScript, VB, C+ and/or Python
• Demonstrate a strong affinity for computers, software, and technology
• Be able to use common desktop tools including Microsoft Office Suite
• Be able and willing to work seamlessly with engineers of various disciplines
Desired Qualifications and Skills
• Developing DOORS RM Extensions
• Strong oral and written communication skills with strong attention to details
• Basic understanding of Systems Engineering and requirements management
