If so, our client has the job for you! We are looking for an exceptional ICE Project Coordinator to support our client's Instrumentation, Controls & Electrical (ICE) team

Key Responsibilities:

� Develop and maintain an integrated baseline lifecycle schedule in P6 regarding vendor scope.
� Provide regular updates and weekly progress reports, including layouts and publication of the master schedule.
� Identify and communicate variances from the original plan and weekly baseline snapshots.
� Evaluate project schedule progress and performance, identifying developing problem areas.
� Analyze critical paths and constraints to assess the impact of progress changes on the schedule, recommending solutions to ensure key milestones are met.
� Support cost performance and earned value metrics concerning vendor scope.
� Assist with the facilitation of project review meetings and provide project planning support as assigned.
� Actively interact with project team members and PMO team members to improve schedule project controls metrics and other performance indicators.
� Utilize MS Power BI Service, Oracle BI, or other data analytics platforms.
� Experience with Atlassian tools such as Confluence and JIRA is a bonus.
� Demonstrate strong experience in Earned Value Management.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

� Bachelor�s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Construction Management, or an equivalent degree (preferred).
� PMP or AACE certification (preferred).
� Minimum of five years of project management experience, preferably in R&D, engineering, and/or government contracts.
� Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
