-Work execution of nuclear facility
-Hazard analysis, control selection and implementation

PF-81 Evaluation Criteria:

-Technical Acceptability: 70%
-Availability & Qualifications of Personnel: 10%
Duration of the Contract:
Year with the option to extend for additional (1) one year option periods.
-Option Periods are not guaranteed and are executed at the discretion of the hiring manager.
-Yearly options will automatically include a 3.5% escalation.
Estimated Hours Per Year: 2,000 ST / 200 OT

Work Schedule:
6a-430p M-Thurs (4 10s) Flex time may be required outside of normal shift--(may be required to work outside of M-Thurs schedule)
Onsite or Remote?
Local candidates or willing to relocate at the candidate's expense. Position will be 100% onsite

DUTIES
Support the Tritium Operation organization in the Project & Technical Support for all the Operating facilities at CLIENT National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Operations. Provide technical assistance in developing, reviewing, approving, and presenting technical work documents for the safe operation of Tritium. Ensure that the developed technical documents comply with requirements and codes in the DOE Orders and applicable controls are implemented in field procedures. Conduct Technical Support assessments and maintain program manuals.

Services shall be provided using CLIENT processes and procedures. Programmatic guidance will be provided by CLIENT.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
HS with 20 years’ experience, BS with 15 years’ experience or MS with 10 years of experience.

Experience/Skills:
Candidate must demonstrate a minimum of 20 years of operation or maintenance experience in the Tritium Facilities (NNSA) or the commercial nuclear industry.
Candidate preferably will have been certified/qualified in one of the Tritium Facilities as a FLM, Planner or SOM, previous experience with the use and implementation of Department of Energy (DOE) Order (O) 433.1B, Maintenance Management Program for DOE Nuclear Facilities, 1Y-8.20, 4B Manual, 2S Manual Conduct of Operation, and related directives and standards.
Demonstrated proficiency in development, review and execution of Maintenance programs.
Candidate must demonstrate personal accountability for facility/project schedules, deadlines, budgets, and the safe performance of work.
Demonstrated previous Tritium experience is preferred.
Alternate combination of experience/qualification & certification will be considered where candidate does not have a degree.
