Job Title: Electrical Planner III

Location: Richland, WA

Job Type: Full-time

Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Planner III to join their dynamic team in Richland, WA. As an Electrical Planner III, you will be responsible for planning and preparing work instructions, selecting materials, conducting field walkdowns, and collaborating with various departments to ensure the successful execution of electrical projects and modifications.

Responsibilities:

Plan and prepare work instructions for electrical and contract maintenance projects.
Select and approve materials needed for project execution.
Conduct field walkdowns to analyze maintenance activities and provide input for improving work package quality.
Interface and collaborate with Work Management, Supply, Operations, and Engineering departments to resolve work package issues.
Define procedures, drawings, equipment, and materials required for planned work packages.
Facilitate package preparation by preparing and/or submitting necessary documentation.
Verify work instructions comply with all applicable station procedures and codes.
Approve and review work packages to ensure safety, quality, and technical rigor.
Develop, revise, and review maintenance procedures to enhance work package development.
Provide project management for other system planners or contractors.
Participate in various meetings and reviews to support station processes and changes.

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business and Eight (8)+ years commercial nuclear power plant experience, or 10+ years commercial nuclear power plant experience.
Experience with Passport and Primavera.
Preparation of weld records.
PMP Certification desired but not required.

Desired Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business and Eight (10)+ years commercial nuclear power plant experience, or 15+ years commercial nuclear power plant experience.
Strong Passport and Primavera experience.


Required Abilities and Skills:
U.S. Citizenship.
Strong experience planning large scope nuclear projects.
