We are looking for a Work Control Planner with the following qualifications:

Job Description
Under close to moderate supervision and guidance, the Work Control Planner plans and conducts work requiring judgment in the independent evaluation, selection and adaptation or modification of standard techniques, procedures and criteria.
* Prepares work package
* Participates in effective - results driven planning meetings
* Prepares and tracks work order development in support of assigned field activities.
* Reviews and analyzes work documents for proper classification, priority, and description.
* Prepares work documents, authorizing maintenance and calibration.
* Assists in prioritizing estimates, and establishing man hours needed for work package development.
* Completes work assignments with a high level of quality and personal accountability, displaying strong skills in building relationships, communication and motivating others to work together.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Facility Management or other relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Experience:
Level II - 2 years directly related experience required.
Level III - 5 years directly related experience required.
Level IV - 8 years directly related experience required.

• Experience with type I work planning desired
• Familiarity with procedure writing desired
• Familiarity with established policies, methods, and practices of the Company strongly desired.

Anticipated Duration: 2 years.
