UDR Consulting, Inc is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team.

Work location will be in North Augusta, SC. We are a growing nationwide company with a dual focus on our employees and clients with numerous Department of Energy (DOE) and commercial contracts across the United States.

Job Duties:

Individual will be responsible for leading company-wide recruiting activities across the United States.
Candidates should have a strong comprehension of technical jobs, preferably in the nuclear, Department of Energy (DOE), or Department of Defense (DOD) arenas.
Individual will be responsible for receiving and advertising technical job orders and sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates to clients.
Must be able to multitask, prioritize, and complete tasks with a sense of urgency and accuracy.
Seeking individuals with independent, self-starter, and self-motivated qualities.
Other duties may include supporting onboarding of new staff and general administrative support.
Job Qualifications:

5 to 10+ years of Recruiting/Staffing experience, preferably in the Nuclear, DOE, or DOD industry
Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline preferred.
Professional Human Resources certifications are a plus.
Proven ability to grow and manage recruitment strategies, practices, and platforms.
Strong technical skills on PC operating systems; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook, data entry, database management, and the ability to quickly learn our internet-based applications
Excellent professional oral, written, and grammatical communication skills.
Must be a positive team player, a quick learner, meticulous, and detail-oriented
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Must be able to provide a high level of attention to detail and high-quality work while multi-tasking with interruptions
Must be flexible to accommodate company needs as they grow and change
Must be able to maintain confidentiality
Desire to commit and grow with the company
An eagerness to perform well, taking pride and care with responsibilities
