System One is hiring for long term contract opportunity. System One is looking for a Document Control/Admin Specialist, with goal to cross certify in Nondestructive Examination (NDE).
Job Location: Aiken, SC (Savannah River Site) must be local to area
Job Title: Document Control/Admin Specialist, and willingness to Cross Certify in various NDE disciplines.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
• Support project manager and Superintendents in the development and maintenance of documents, such as drawings, specifications, transmittal memos, approvals, and related items.
• Scan, organize, and maintain documents in accordance with the company’s project lifecycle procedures.
• Archive inactive records/documents in accordance with company or project records retention policies and control the retrieval of documents.
• Timely distribution of latest revision level documentation to all appropriate users and ensure that obsolete documentation is removed from distribution.
• Perform general clerical work, such as transmittal, filing, copying, and creating documents.
• Receipt, reviewing, filing, maintaining, and transmitting QA records in accordance with System One and Savannah River Sites procedures and policies.
• Assist in file migration and audits as necessary.
• Assure QA records are accessible to the client until such time they are turned over to the client.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Procurement documents, equipment/ material verification records and manufacturer’s certificates of conformance shall be filed with receiving verification reports.
• Assign document control numbers for inspections in accordance with current procedure and policies.
Requirements:
• Must be able to pass background check and drug test.
• 2+ years of document control experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Ability to cross-train in Non-destructive testing, and support inspections as needed.
