We are seeking qualified candidates to perform the following:

Duties:
Provide oversight and mentoring to Lead Work Group Supervisors, Shift Operations Managers and Operations Managers with regards to ongoing Liquid Waste operations, tank closure, project activities and waste solidification activities.

Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship
- B.S. Degree and 10 years' experience or 20 years experience3 within a nuclear facility.
- Prior Experience in ComOps process performance improvement. Expertise in technical writing. Prior experience with Human Performance error awareness and reduction techniques.
- Will be required to qualify as a Radiation Worker I.

Work Hours: 12.5 hours per shift up to four days per week as needed.

Duration: 1 year with additional 1 year option
