Construction Manager

Job Description: The construction manager plans and ensures the coordination of assigned projects and has the responsibility of overseeing the field activities of assigned projects. The CM ensures that the quality of work and materials is upheld and that the budget and schedule are followed as planned. This position is additionally ultimately responsible for ensuring that the work is implemented by all design and planning specifications. The CM monitors worker performance and the progress of the project and reports to the Project Manager. He/she is responsible for all field activities on the project and sees to it that the project is completed on time and by the company's standards and expectations. Reports to: Project Manager. Key duties/responsibilities of a Construction Manager: Provides oversight of field activities to ensure proper site safety, project progress, quality control, and conformance to site standards and expectations.

Job skills: Construction Manager with 8 years of experience. Palo Verde experience.
Education and Experience Requirements for Construction Manager: Bachelor of Science Construction Management degree. High School diploma.
