Description:
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 9 years of project management experience.
Graduation from a four-year college or university.
Proficient in project management principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters - business (MBA), project management, or equivalent.
Utility Technical Certifications/Training; PMP or CAPM Certification; CMII/Construction Certifications; Professional Engineer License. Working knowledge to proficiency in project related Scheduling/ Cost Controls.
Experience in utility industry.
Knowledge in construction management.
The Project Manager II may have relationships with individuals in various organizations ranging from individual contributors to Senior Department Leadership (i.e. individual contributors up to executive management).
Requires a Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise reports and make professional presentations to senior management and ability to lead, direct and motivate a diverse, matrixed team.
Preferences:
Knowledge of NRC requirements, policies, practices, and programs applicable to commercial light-water nuclear power reactors, advanced reactors, non-power reactors, or other similar regulated entities.
Ability to prioritize, plan, schedule, manage, and complete the review of technical and policy issues affecting licensing and related activities of commercial light- water nuclear power reactors, advanced reactors, non-power reactors, or other similar regulated entities.
