Job Summary: (includes but is not limited to the following, other duties may be assigned):
- Responsible for assisting with the administration of compensation and benefit programs ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Participates in compensation and benefits surveys conducted 3rd-party vendor to ensure the company has the quality market data to benchmark competitive positioning.
- Research, and prepares job descriptions, evaluates job using established evaluation plan(s), determines grade and prepares documentation of the evaluation.
- Updates databases to include, survey and job code databases, etc., to ensure uniformity and prompt processing of information.
- Performs data audits as needed to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Assists in evaluating existing programs by conducting research and analysis; develops recommendations.
- Assist within assigned other areas to include, but not limited to, Payroll and HRIS departments.
- Comprehensive knowledge in compensation, benefits, payroll and related, to include programs, methods, and practices.
- Experience professional with full understanding and demonstrated ability to work with confidential information.
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability with MS Excel, HR Information systems, UKG experience a plus.
- Demonstrates responsible handling of sensitive employee and organizational data.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline, desired.
- At least ten years' experience in Human Resources, with five years minimum experience as a Compensation practitioner.
