Your Day-to-Day: Looking for a skilled Recruiter with full-cycle recruitment experience. A successful Recruiter III will have experience acting as a consultant for the organization, which may include application/resume screening, diligent sourcing experience, phone screening/assessment of applicants. Essential Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed intake call with Hiring Manager and/or other leaders to ensure details of position are gathered.
- Develop and implement recruitment plan/strategy.
- Sourcing using various tools such as LinkedIn, indeed, etc.
- Conduct phone screening to evaluate candidates further.
- Completion of offer process which may include negotiations.
- Assistant in the development and implementation of business unit and enterprise-wide recruiting strategies and/or plans.
- Create and maintain open communication with business partners.
- BS/BA in HR, Business or related field or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
- 5-10 years of direct souring/recruiting experience, including recruiting a corporate or technical setting.
