The Operating Plant Services (OPS) Pricing Analyst will manage, own, maintain, and develop / enhance the tools used to drive the recently implemented Strategic Pricing program. The role of the OPS Pricing Analyst is to engage with the users to gather feedback and formulate plans to enhance performance, improve the user experience, and increase the effectiveness of the tools. This role interacts with a broad group of stakeholders from working level up to Senior Leadership. The OPS Pricing Analyst will be responsible for data analysis and report development to support the global OPS Sales team, as well as active participation during strategic pricing sessions (Deal Desk). This is a mobile/hybrid opportunity based in the United States - located within proximity to CWHQ with the expectation of working in the office 1-2 days per week. Your Day to Day:
- Own & maintain pricing tools, manage backlog of enhancements/changes based on feedback from users, new data, changes to business strategy. Maintain procedure documents and version control for the tool, as well as access management.
- Maintain input data in coordination with Customer Solutions Managers, Finance, and IT (e.g., standard costs with CSMs, past deal data with IT, discrete repeatable services).
- Maintain price performance reporting metrics for leadership (e.g., price adherence, margin rates, win rates).
- Run surveys to capture user inputs.
- Proactively identify pricing opportunities for Sales to act on
- Provide ad-hoc reporting to Sales
- Join Deal Desk meetings to gather feedback, provide information on tools, collect results data and sometimes serve as meeting facilitator.
- Fluent in developing visuals and back-end data in PowerBI.
- Fluent in Power Automate setting up workflows.
- Highly skilled in building complex models in Excel, often pulling from various sources and varying degrees of complexity.
- Foundational understanding of sales processes and selling in competitive environments.
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics or similar quantitative major
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in data analytics or consulting
- Analytically savvy, fluent in using PowerBI and Excel
- Business acumen
- Knowledge of Nuclear services market desired
- Strong inter-personal skills, ability to facilitate discussions with a broad group of stakeholders
