Westinghouse is seeking 2024 Summer Intern to support the Global Competency Model (GCM) which defines the global qualification standards within the engineering organization. Day-to-day activities for the internship may include:
- Create requirements to be implemented into competency management software.
- Managing the development of training packages.
- Interface with and support Technical Leaders throughout Westinghouse.
- Develop communication of software changes to employees.
- Support Artificial Intelligence Implementation for the Global Competency Model
- Support the development of a wiki-style SharePoint site to document key information for employee knowledge.
As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:
- Pursuing or completed Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or Nuclear Engineering
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 strongly preferred.
