The Project Controls Specialist is responsible for the ongoing development and delivery of SAP tasks for the Global Westinghouse organization. This role is focused on the responsibility to deliver standard data structures across the Global organization and the analysis of WEC business data with strict adherence to established service level agreements. Candidates will work mobile/hybrid schedule at our Krakow Global Shared Services (GSS) Center. Your Day to Day:

• Maintain and update data in basic project controls systems
• Review data entered to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Accomplish tasks by completing related results as needed
• Provide input on data collection that optimize efficiencies and data quality
• Provide input on design and development of a standard set of SAP templates
• Delivery of data entry based on priority adhering to deadlines
• Analyze and interpret data to ensure a high level of accuracy, timeliness and usefulness
• Identify data issues and collaborate with EPMO group to drive data governance
• Identify gaps in current data entry processes and drive strategic solutions for stakeholders needs
• Participates in ad hoc projects, meetings, calls etc.

• B.A., B.S. in Business or Computer Science
• Global experience
• Knowledge of Westinghouse and the industry
• Proven track record with respect to knowledge of financial processes, controls, and associated improvement programs
• A general understanding of Westinghouse systems and data quality needs
• Excellent communication. Ability to operate effectively in a team environment.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities, manage time and multi-task
• Ability to show initiative, good judgment and resourcefulness
• Detail oriented with a problem solving mindset and ability to meet deadlines and be results oriented
• Desire to produce accurate, high-quality work with attention to details
• Proficient in SAP PS, MS Office and other software packages a plus
