Reporting to our Manager, Global Payroll, this role is Krakow, Poland (remote). Your Day to Day:

  • Oversee and direct day-to-day payroll procedures to ensure accurate and timely processing of EMEA payroll.
  • Maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency of payroll operations within EMEA region and in alignment with global standards.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and payroll tax obligations within EMEA region.
  • Partner with other EMEA functional leads to ensure the accuracy of all payroll data including all aspects of record-keeping, withholding, reporting, reconciliation, and auditing.
  • Work closely with external payroll vendors to maintain positive relationships to support ongoing collaboration.
  • Provide training and mentoring to the EMEA operational payroll team.
  • Ensure employee inquiries are promptly resolved within EMEA region.
  • Review EMEA payroll reports and ensure accurate and timely filing with appropriate governmental authorities.
  • Support payroll-related special projects, including payroll system implementations, process improvements and integration of new countries and entities.
  • Execute EMEA operational controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for the EMEA payroll team.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive payroll experience with at least 5 years in a lead or supervisory role overseeing EMEA payroll.
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or other similar international certification preferred.
