Civil Design Engineer, design preparation/oversight needed at Farley for transformer and breaker replacements.

Est Duration, 6 months with possible extension

Describe work environment (e.g., office, construction site, fieldwork, temperature): Office work (cubicle) and or Remote work.
Must come onsite to support walk-downs for 2 to 3 days when needed.

3 to 6 month extensions are based on performance and work scope

Desired Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Standard Design process experience is required (IP-ENG-001). CMISDP Software. PE License

Describe physical requirements (e.g., lifting, climbing, prolonged walking, ladder climbing, uneven surfaces): Walkdowns with generating design inputs, design verification and circulation preparation is required with a desired focus on structural design (Ability to evaluate support loadings beams, welds, and anchors).
