UDR is seeking qualified candidates for a Procurement Specialist opportunity in Carlsbad, NM at the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant (WIPP).

Work Location: Remote
Due to the nature of the work, all candidates must be US Citizens.

Job Description:
Support the acquisition services procurement team. Prepare solicitations, RFPs, award construction subcontracts, perform CPAs, and all general subcontract administration and oversight requirements.

Duties:
Prepare solicitations, RFPs, award subcontracts, complete subcontract change orders/modifications, perform cost and price analysis, and all other oversight requirements for subcontract administration.

Prefer prior DOE construction procurement experience.
