Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced project manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing nuclear infrastructure projects in the Richland area of Washington.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, construction management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a project manager on large scale infrastructure projects
- PMP certification preferred but not required

Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be liaising between stakeholders such as clients, contractors and vendors throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.

You must possess strong analytical thinking capabilities along with excellent problem-solving abilities that enable you to make informed decisions quickly when under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution - You'll plan every aspect of each assigned program/project from inception through completion including developing clear objectives; creating detailed work plans/schedules/timelines which identify key milestones/deliverables/dependencies/resources/critical paths etc.; monitoring progress against planned timelines/budgets/etc., adjusting course where necessary while ensuring compliance/regulatory requirements are met at all times

Risk Management – Identify potential risks associated with each stage/task within the project life cycle i.e. technical issues / resource constraints / commercial risk factors , develop mitigation strategies proactively addressing them before they occur

Budgetary Control– Manage budgets accurately making certain financial targets/objectives/metrics/goals/KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators)are achieved whilst keeping close track on costs/expenses/spend levels during implementation phase
