We are seeking an IT Project Manager to Assist MSTS.

Candidate role will be as an IT project manager on one or more concurrent projects (>$1M TPC). Projects may involve software development, cloud migrations, server infrastructure, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), technology process improvement, video teleconferencing, network communications (firewall, fiber, wireless, switches, routers, etc.), hardware deployment. Participates in all aspects of the project(s) over the entire lifecycle (initiation, planning, executing, and closing) utilizing primarily waterfall or hybrid processes. Will be expected to provide weekly status reports outlining current and planned progress, project health (schedule, scope, cost), and escalations. Leads teams in performing scope of work efficiently and safely while maintaining quality measures. Maintains project schedules using Microsoft Project Professional and Project Server. Prepares and maintains project documentation; obtains appropriate approvals. Present project reviews before Senior Management.

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Experience managing IT project teams of 10 or more resources.
Experience managing communications between project stakeholders and team members.
Experience managing the project team in successfully achieving project scope, schedule, and cost objectives.
Experience using MS Project Professional 2016 or newer.
Experience developing and presenting MS PowerPoint presentations.
Experience using MS Project Web App preferred.

Duration: Start as soon as possible expected to last 6 months

Work Location: Selected candidates will be in a telework posture.
