[Sales Manager] Commercial Waste Sales Representative $60-$70K + Commission

We want YOU to join our team in Austin as a Commercial Waste Sales Representative.

The Sales Representative will have experience calling on Commercial Waste customers and will be responsible for achieving the revenue and profit goals within the greater Austin service area and other assigned territories. This position will be responsible for attaining a revenue plan that is focused on growing revenue from the defined territory.

Examples of Duties

Identify viable leads, manage prospects and acquire a new, profitable commercial business to meet and exceed monthly established targeted revenue goals.
Create and maintain outstanding professional business relationships with key decision-making contact(s) within current and prospective services accounts.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the Company�s available services, lines of business, pricing structures and offer additional services to existing and potential clients to grow targeted profitable revenue and contribute to Company goals and objectives.
Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends in the designated market to anticipate changing customer needs.
Complete required Customer Service Agreements, CRM entries, reports, and other paperwork in a timely manner and in accordance with Company policy.
Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the job.
Who You Are

MUST HAVE 5+ years sales experience showing a demonstrated ability and verifiable track record in B2B sales.
Strong work ethic, enjoys a fast-paced workflow and can meet deadlines.
Have relevant sales experience that may include waste industry sales, wholesale foodservice or liquor sales, wholesale restaurant supply sales and wholesale fuel sales but all forms of B2B sales experience will be considered, especially those with experience selling to commercial foodservice operators.
Have excellent presentation skills.
Have strong organizational and time management skills.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Must have a valid driver�s license.

Experience:

B2B sales: 5 years (Required)
Grease Trap: 1 year (Preferred)
